BIOSTOCK DIAGNOSTICS emerged in 2012 from the succession of the company Scenika Diagnósticos, which had been operating in the market for more than 30 years representing renowned international brands, including TOSOH BIOSCIENCE, DIRUI, DIAPRO and DRG.

In 2021, Biostock sold the DIRUI line to the company BioBrasil and maintained the exclusive distribution in Brazil of the TOSOH BIOSCIENCE brand.

TOSOH BIOSCIENCE has been present in the Brazilian laboratory diagnostics market for over 30 years, operating with GOLD STANDARD HPLC equipment for Glycated Hemoglobin and Variants, a reference in clinical pathology laboratories and Blood Banks, sold by Biostock Diagnósticos throughout the national territory.

In July 2022, we completed 10 years of activity in the market, maintaining our commitment to distributing products and equipment with excellence in quality, through highly qualified professionals.

Our headquarters is located in the state of Pernambuco and we have a branch in the City of São Paulo with a Clinical Engineering Department specializing in equipment reform, specialized Scientific Advisory, Commercial Department, Financial Department, Inventory with cold chamber and Import.

ROBERTA TORRES ROIZ, General Director, is a biomedical practitioner working in the Laboratory Medicine market for over 36 years, with a specialization in Clinical Pathology graduated from UNISA; she worked at the Central Laboratory of Escola Paulista de Medicina, Laboratory of Fetal Maturity of the Department of Obstetrics at Hospital São Paulo and Scientific Research at the Laboratory of Plant Biochemistry and Physiology of the Institute of Botany of São Paulo.

OLIVER MEEWES, Administrative/Financial Director, with a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FGV, has 15 years of experience in the Clinical Analysis Laboratory and 20 years of experience in the financial market.
